FDNY EMT charged for impaired driving

NEW YORK, NY – A New York City Fire Department EMS employee was arrested and charged while off-duty Sunday in the 23rd Precinct. Janice Gardner, 43, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of between .08% and 1%.

The details of the arrest were not made public by the NYPD.
