Fed-Ex Worker Attacked and Robbed by Bronx Scooter Bandits

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a package theft that occurred in the Bronx on Thursday, August 29, 2024. According to reports, at approximately 2:40 p.m., a 57-year-old FedEx worker was delivering a package near 100 Einstein Loop when an unidentified individual approached him from behind, startling him.

The FedEx worker fell to the ground, and the suspect grabbed a small package from the worker’s hands, which belonged to a 30-year-old female recipient.

The suspect then fled eastbound on Einstein Loop, escaping on a motorized bike driven by another individual.

No injuries were reported, but the police are seeking any information about the suspects or the incident to aid in the investigation. If you know anything, the NYPD urges you to come forward.
