Fight Inside Girls’ Bathroom at Maryland High School Leads to Charges

STAFFORD, MD — Two separate assaults were reported in Stafford County on Monday. The first incident occurred at Stafford High School at 2:08 PM, where Deputy R.B. Brooks, serving as a School Resource Officer, was alerted about an assault between students in the girls’ bathroom.

A video of the incident led to a criminal complaint for assault and battery against the primary aggressor.

Later the same day, at 4:21 PM on Lyons Boulevard, Deputy R.L. Hubbard attended to another assault involving a juvenile. The young victim reported being attacked by a group of juveniles who also stole his phone.

This assault was also recorded on video, and authorities are currently investigating the matter.
