Firearm Seized After Baltimore Arrest

BALTIMORE, MD—On Tuesday evening, a 26-year-old male was arrested in the Southeast District’s O’Donnell Heights area in a targeted operation involving the Foxtrot aviation unit and Southeast DAT detectives. The operation was initially launched to locate a person wanted on a warrant.

While monitoring a dice game from above, Foxtrot members spotted an individual among the group exhibiting signs of possessing a firearm. Ground detectives, confirming the suspicions, engaged in a brief pursuit before apprehending the suspect and seizing the gun.

Following the successful collaborative effort between air and ground law enforcement units, the individual was subsequently transported to CBIF for processing.
