NEW YORK, NY – A suspect who stole a flatbed truck from a business in the Bronx fled the scene in a rush, but not before striking a 49-year-old male who was getting into his truck in front of 4527 White Plains Road in the Bronx. The incident happened Friday morning at 8:15 am.
