UTICA, NY – On Friday, Utica Police Department announced the arrest of a male suspect who had fled during a vehicle stop on Varick Street. Tyriek Berry, 29, of Utica was taken into custody with the assistance of the New Hartford Police Department.
Berry faces charges including Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second and Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and violation of New York State Parole.
