HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating Sunday night’s fatal motorcycle crash at the intersection of Commercial Way and Lake in the Woods Driver. According to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Department, a motorcycle and car collided at the intersection of Commercial Way and Lake in the Woods Drive. The motorcyclist died at the scene.
Northbound lanes of Commercial Way at Lake in the Woods Drive were closed during the investigation. The Florida Highway Patrol is handling the traffic crash with the fatality investigation.
