PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are investigating a strong-arm robbery that took place at a convenience store on the 300 block of Ruscomb Street on the afternoon of February 20, 2025.

According to the complainant, a female customer refused to pay for a food order and walked out of the store around 3:00 p.m. When the store employee ran outside and took the order back, the woman returned with several men from the neighborhood.
