Forcible Touching Incident in New York City Reported by NYPD

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident.

The incident took place on Monday, December 25, 2023, at approximately 12:15 PM.

A 38-year-old female victim reported that while she was engaged in a conversation near 7th Avenue and 47th Street, an unidentified individual inappropriately touched her.

The suspect then fled the scene. There were no physical injuries reported from the incident.

The NYPD has released photos of the suspect, available at DCPI. Public assistance is requested in identifying the individual. Tips can be submitted to the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline or through their website.
