Former Employee in a Jam After Smashing Jars at Virginia Weis Store

Triangle, VA – A former employee allegedly caused a disturbance at a Weis store on Garrisonville Road. Deputy A.J. Layug responded to the incident on a Thursday afternoon after glass jars of Smuckers ice cream toppings were knocked off a shelf, resulting in $50 worth of damage.

The suspect had already left by the time deputies arrived due to traffic delays. A warrant for vandalism was issued and served following the incident.
