WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – The Westchester County District Attorney’s Office announced the arraignment of Mary Soto, a 62-year-old former business manager of the Mamaroneck Public Library.

Charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, Soto allegedly embezzled approximately $44,769 from the library’s accounts between May 2016 and February.

Soto, a longtime Mamaroneck resident, was arrested on Thursday, and arraigned before Judge Christie L. Derrico.
