MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – The Montgomery County Department of Police – 1st District Station, has reported the arrest of four adult males found in possession of a stolen Porsche, along with the recovery of three loaded handguns.

In November, a police operation led to the identification of a 2021 Porsche SUV bearing a Virginia license plate, registered to an Acura. The vehicle, initially refusing to stop, later became central to the investigation.

Cornell Kimrane Xavier, 26, from New Carrollton, was identified as the Porsche’s driver. An arrest warrant was issued, charging him with fleeing and eluding a uniformed officer. His location, alongside the concealed Porsche, was later uncovered.

On Monday, around 7:30 p.m., Xavier was apprehended while driving the Porsche near Sheffield Manor Drive and Guilford Run Lane. Despite his attempt to escape, Xavier and Jerome Alante Hilliard, 23, of Chevy Chase, were taken into custody after resisting arrest. Terry Kwaku Sanusi, 23, from Gaithersburg, was also detained.

A search revealed a Ruger 5.7×28, a Glock 9mm, and a Glock .40 handgun inside the vehicle. The Porsche was reported stolen from Washington, D.C., in March.

Subsequently, 23-year-old Melvin Johnson, from Silver Spring, arrived at the scene. His involvement in the crime led to his arrest by the officers.
