Fourth corner of Jacksons Five Corners drops price for future commercial development

JACKSON, NJ – Another key property at Jackson’s well-known “Five Corners” intersection has entered the market, positioning the area for significant new commercial growth. The 22-acre parcel at 710 Jackson Mills Road is being offered as a prime development site, with zoning that allows for a wide range of retail and professional uses.

The property, identified as Block 903, Lots 9 through 13, is zoned NC (Neighborhood Commercial) and sits less than a mile and a half from Interstate 195 and roughly six miles from Route 9, giving it convenient access to major transportation routes.

According to marketing materials, the expansive corner lot is suitable for multiple uses, including retail stores, office space, restaurants, convenience or gas stations, schools, daycare centers, dormitories, or houses of worship.

Located at one of Jackson’s busiest intersections, the site represents the fourth major corner of the Five Corners area now available for sale and redevelopment. Brokers describe it as a strategic investment opportunity in one of the township’s most visible and heavily trafficked locations.
