ADAMSTOWN, MD — Lisa Keeney, a dedicated Mega Millions player from Adamstown, is headed to Italy for the 2026 Winter Olympics after winning a trip through the Maryland Lottery’s Mega Millions Team USA™ second-chance promotion.

Lisa, 38, and her fiancé, Josh, will embark on their first overseas trip, which includes visits to the Roman Coliseum, Venice, and the Olympic Games in Milan. Lisa had the option to choose between the 2026 Winter Games and the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles but opted for the adventure in Italy.

Lisa was one of three winners of the VIP trip, with the other winners, Cheryl Harrow of Overlea and Julian Osborne of Sykesville, also selecting the Milan trip. Lisa, who regularly enters second-chance drawings, was thrilled by her win and is especially excited to watch figure skating at the Olympics.

The trip is a dream come true for Lisa, who has long hoped to win big with the Lottery. As she and Josh prepare for their Italian adventure, they look forward to making the most of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
