Frederick Police Seeking to Identify Non-Verbal Child Found

FREDERICK, MD – On Wednesday, the Frederick Police Department (FPD) found a nonverbal young girl in the vicinity of Willowdale Drive. The officers are currently unable to identify her or locate her parents or guardians. The FPD is requesting the community’s help in finding her family.
