The purchase of a $10 “1,000,000 Payout” scratch-off ticket not only won her the $1-million annuity prize but also included a bonus $2 scratch-off. Opting for the lump sum, the winner chose the $500,000 cash option, which will amount to approximately $360,000 after taxes. The Chardon Marathon, located at 380 Center Street, will be awarded a $10,000 sales bonus for its part in selling the winning ticket.
