TOMS RIVER, NJ – Toms River’s Tardi’s Ristorante is one of the hidden gems in the township and this week, Garden State Reviews visited the restaurant. Tardi’s is located on Fischer Boulevard in Toms River. If you’re old enough to remember it’s in the old “Nick’s” spot…which used to be at the old Sabrett spot on Route 37.
