Germantown teen reported missing

GERMANTOWN, MD – Montgomery County police have issued a public appeal for help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl from Silver Spring, Harmonee Sykes, who was last seen leaving her residence on Scenery Drive in Germantown on Monday, April 17, 2023, at approximately 7 a.m.

Harmonee is described as being approximately 5-feet, 9-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds, with dark brown eyes and dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a green sweater, blue jeans and black shoes.

Police urged anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Harmonee Sykes to come forward, adding that callers can remain anonymous. The public is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000, which is available 24 hours a day.
