The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Jayla Creighton. She was last seen at 7:30 P.M., on Thursday, November 11th, 2021, on the 41XX block of Cambridge Street.
She is 5’5″, 115 lbs., blonde hair and brown eyes.
