On Sunday, October 15, 2023, around 12:45 AM, a 23-year-old female was approached from behind by an unidentified male who touched her buttocks. Following the incident, the male suspect fled the scene, heading northbound on East 15th Street. The victim, who reported no injuries, declined medical attention.
