Group of masked men attack and rob man behind Cinema in Linthicum

LINTHICUM, Md. — A 27-year-old man was assaulted and robbed by a group of five suspects outside Hoyt’s Cinema on West Nursery Road in Linthicum on Saturday night, according to the Northern District Police.

The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. when the victim was walking behind the cinema. He was approached by five unknown males wearing dark clothing and ski masks. The suspects assaulted the victim and stole cash along with personal items before fleeing the scene.

The victim sustained minor, non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. No weapons were displayed during the robbery.
