Police say a man in a white pickup truck pulled a gun during a dispute over a parking spot in the Bronx before fleeing the area.
Bronx, NY – A routine snow-shoveling effort turned tense in the Bronx when a parking dispute escalated into a menacing incident involving a firearm, according to the NYPD.
The confrontation happened around 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, near the intersection of Westchester Avenue and Willow Lane within the confines of the 45th Precinct.

Dispute escalated while victims cleared snow
Police said a 35-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were shoveling snow near their vehicle when they were approached by an unidentified man driving a white Chevrolet pickup truck.
During a verbal dispute about a parking spot, the driver allegedly displayed a firearm toward the victims, escalating the confrontation.
Authorities said the suspect did not fire the weapon.
Suspect fled the area

Following the dispute, the driver left the scene and was last seen traveling southbound on Bruckner Boulevard.
The suspect has not yet been identified as police continue their investigation.
