Gunfire Rattles Baltimore Leaving Two Teens Injured

Baltimore, Md. – A shooting in the Central District in Baltimore has left two victims injured.

On October 5, at approximately 1:58 a.m., Central District patrol officers in the area of South Broadway heard gunfire coming from the 600 block of South Broadway. Upon arrival, they found a 19-year-old female victim and a 16-year-old male victim, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to their legs. Both were transported to a local hospital and are listed in stable condition.

Officers have taken a person of interest into custody, and a firearm was recovered at the scene.
