PHILADELPHIA, PA – An armed robber pointed his gun at the head of a clerk at the Nunez Mini Mart on Washington Avenue last Monday. Now, police are searching for the suspect and hoping the public can help them identify the gunman.
“On June 13th, 2022, at 4:30 PM, an unknown black male entered the Nunez Mini Mart located at 5125 Warrington Avenue armed with a handgun and pointed it at an employee’s head and forcing him behind the counter with another employee,” the department said. “After taking several thousand dollars and cigarettes, the suspect fled the store in an unknown direction.”
