Gunshot victim in Baltimore prompts hunt for crime scene

BALTIMORE, Md. — A man walked into a local hospital Thursday morning with a gunshot wound, prompting an investigation into a shooting in Southeast Baltimore.

Southeast District patrol officers were alerted to the victim’s arrival at approximately 9:13 a.m. on December 19. The man was treated for what police described as a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Detectives are currently canvassing the area in search of a crime scene as the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear.
