Gunshots Fired Outside Glen Burnie Restaurant

GLEN BURNIE, MD – A shooting incident occurred at the El Norteno Grill in Glen Burnie, with shots fired but no reported injuries or property damage.

On December 27, 2023, around 7:30 p.m., police were called to 602 North Crain Highway following reports of gunfire. According to an El Norteno Grill employee, a customer discharged several gunshots into the air after leaving the restaurant. The individual, described as a Hispanic male, then fled the scene in a blue sedan accompanied by another Hispanic male.

Northern District detectives are actively investigating the incident and urge anyone with information to contact them at 410-222-6135. The lack of injuries or property damage in this event was fortunate, and authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying and apprehending the suspects.
