CAMBRIDGE, MD – On October 27, at approximately 1:05 pm, Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officers were dispatched to the Bradford House on the 700 block of Race St after reports of a suspicious individual. Upon their arrival, officers found a male, later identified as Michael Sterling Brown, 42, of Greensboro, MD, displaying signs of hallucination.

Officers took note of a bag that Brown had placed inside a vehicle nearby. After ensuring Brown’s health with EMS—which he refused—officers approached the vehicle’s owner. The owner confirmed Brown had no business accessing the car, granting officers permission to search it.

Inside the bag, officers found paraphernalia typically used for ingesting Crack Cocaine and Heroin. Brown acknowledged the bag and its contents as his. He was subsequently issued a criminal citation, charged, and released.
