Handgun and CDS Arrest Made in Baltimore’s Central District

Baltimore, MD – On July 7, 2024, at approximately 5:40 p.m., detectives from the Central District’s District Action Team (DAT) conducted a live CCTV surveillance operation in the 300 block of West Lexington Street. During the operation, detectives observed an unidentified male engaged in hand-to-hand CDS transactions.

Detectives responded to the location and arrested a 41-year-old male, recovering CDS and a handgun in the process. The suspect was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility (CBIF) for processing.
