Hanover Man Arrested Following Disturbance on High Street

HANOVER, PA – Hockensmith was apprehended and subsequently charged with multiple offenses, including aggravated assault and resisting arrest, following a disturbance reported on the 100 block of High Street. The arrest took place on Monday.

The list of charges includes aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, communicating with 911, public drunkenness, and harassment. After his arrest, Hockensmith was handed over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.
