Hanover Township Man Arrested After Police Chase

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, PA — the Hanover Township Police Department arrested Theodore Smith on charges including fleeing or attempting to elude police, endangering the welfare of children, and numerous traffic violations. The arrest followed an attempted traffic stop on W. Division Street.

Smith was subsequently arraigned before Magisterial District Judge James Dixon. His bail was set at $25,000 unsecured, following which he was released from custody.
