Harrisburg man charged after broad-daylight shooting on Blackberry Street

HARRISBURG, PA — A man has been arrested in connection with a daytime shooting last Thursday that left property damaged but no injuries reported in the 300 block of Blackberry Street.

Police responded to reports of gunfire around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17. Officers arrived to find spent shell casings and signs of property damage. Witnesses were interviewed at the scene, though no gunshot victims were located.

Following an investigation, the Harrisburg Bureau of Police arrested Daiquan McMullen on Monday, July 21. He was charged with aggravated assault and other related offenses.
