HARRISBURG, PA – On Tuesday, the Harrisburg Police arrested Ronel De La Cruz Rosario in relation to an ongoing investigation into multiple incidents of sexual assault involving a minor.
The charges against De La Cruz Rosario include Rape of Child, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Aggravated Indecent Assault of Child, and Indecent Assault of Person Less than 13 Years of Age.
