Hartly, DE – Delaware State Police arrested 35-year-old Dennis Piasio of Smyrna, Delaware, on Thursday. Piasio was apprehended for aggravated menacing and other related charges following an incident on Arthursville Road near Main Street.
It was reported that Piasio had confronted two men leaving a construction site, brandishing a gun at them, but fortunately, no injuries were sustained. Piasio voluntarily surrendered at Troop 3 and was arraigned after posting bond.
