BALTIMORE, MD – A headless body of a female was found decomposing on a dead-end street in Baltimore on Monday. Two workers found the body, which was also missing her hands and feet at the end of Morrell Park Avenue in the Morell Park section of the city. The grisly find was discovered at 10:30 am. Baltimore police have been unable to identify the body.
