High Point Man Wins $100,000 in New Lottery Game

HIGH POINT, NC – Mark Douglas from High Point has won the first $100,000 prize in the new Instant Millions scratch-off game after purchasing a $20 ticket. The lucky ticket was bought at Quick Mart, located on West Main Street in Jamestown.

Douglas claimed his prize at lottery headquarters on Friday. After federal and state tax withholdings, he walked away with $71,506. The Instant Millions game, which launched this month, features four $2 million top prizes and eight $100,000 prizes. With Douglas’s win, there are now three $2 million prizes and seven $100,000 prizes still up for grabs.
