Hit and Run at Buffalo Moe’s Leads to Arrest in Stafford County

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA – A recent hit and run incident at Buffalo Moe’s, located at 33 Wicomico Drive, has resulted in charges against a Jeep driver. The event occurred on Friday at around 8:35 PM, when the Jeep, attempting to back out of a parking space, struck an unoccupied vehicle twice before fleeing the scene.

Deputy T.G. Croson responded to the call, aided by witness accounts, which eventually led to the location of the Jeep and its owner. The driver, found to have a revoked license, was charged with hit and run and driving with a revoked license. He is currently held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on an unsecured bond.
