COLUMBIA, PA – An early morning hit-and-run accident is currently under investigation by the Columbia Police. The incident occurred at approximately 4:13 AM on Friday, in the 800 block of Lancaster Avenue at the intersection with S 8th Street.
A person was struck by a vehicle while unloading a trailer.
The vehicle involved fled the scene, last seen heading west on Lancaster Avenue. Columbia Police are seeking assistance from the public. Anyone with video footage or information relevant to the incident is encouraged to contact the police at 717-684-7735, attention Officer Ember.
