Homeless D.C. Man Charged for Indecent Exposure

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Metropolitan Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with an indecent exposure incident that took place in Northeast Washington on Saturday.

According to police, the suspect, 32-year-old Thomas Von Williams Jr., exposed himself to individuals walking near the 1300 block of Florida Avenue, Northeast, at approximately 11:45 a.m. on September 7. After the incident, Williams fled the scene.

Officers later located Williams in the 1100 block of Staples Street, Northeast. He was stopped by police shortly after being observed in the area.

Williams, who was identified as having no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Lewd, Indecent, or Obscene Acts.
