CHESAPEAKE, VA – The Chesapeake Police Department is currently investigating a homicide that occurred late Sunday night. Authorities were alerted to a shooting at around 10:41 p.m. in the 2000 block of Randolph Arch.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a teenage male with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of the local apartment complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
