HOWARD COUNTY,MD – The Howard County Police Department has released information regarding several criminal incidents that took place on July 5th, 2022 that required police response. These incidents represent only a portion of calls for that day by the department.

Residential burglary 
Columbia, 21044: 
5300 block of Harpers Farm Road, July 5 8:55 p.m. 
Unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter the residence by breaking the deadbolt. No entry was made. 

Theft from vehicle/vehicle break-in
Columbia, 21044:
 5600 block of Vantage Point Road, June 30-July 5, E-ZPass

Columbia, 21045: 6400 block of Dobbin Road, July 5 6:40-7:40 p.m., various items

Ellicott City, 21043: Old Frederick Road & Oak Forest Road, July 5 7-7:10 p.m., bag
