Howell Boston Market evicted again

After being closed for months after an eviction, the recently reopened Howell Boston Market is out again.

A letter of eviction was slapped on the door of the Route 9 restaurant and the business allegedly owes the landlord of Aldrich Plaza $52,142 in back rent.

Last year, the restaurant was shut down after it was evicted for owing around $44,000.

The restaurant signed a new lease last year that would see it paying Aldrich Plaza $15,000 per month to include a newly negotiated rent and payment for money owed in the past.

Today, the Asbury Park Press reported the eviction notice was signed by a judge on June 20th.
