The Southern Regional High School wrestling team had six pins, three major decisions and a technical fall on its way to a 62-3 win over visiting Brick Township on Wednesday.
Matt Barnett, Mike Racanelli, Teddy Caporrino, Connor Scully, Joe Miele and Zach Weidenhof had pins for the Rams. Joe Toci, Gianni Bennett and Owen Kretschmer won major decisions and Nicholas Pepe won an 18-0 technical fall over Sean DeCoursey at 120 pounds for Southern Regional. The Rams also won three matches by decision.
Dean Helstowski won a 4-3 decision over Peyton Blauvelt at 170 pounds to earn the Green Dragons their only points of the meet.
