VISALIA, CA – The Visalia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with locating 62-year-old, Leighann Hugunin of Visalia. Hugunin has an active warrant for crimes she committed against her elderly mother related to elder abuse, theft, identity theft, and fraud.
