NEW YORK CITY, NY – On September 20, at approximately 6:30 p.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting found human remains in a blue garbage can located in the parking lot of 164-06 Union Turnpike in Queens.
The unidentified individual was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS.
The cause of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification, and the investigation remains ongoing.
