Illegal Immigrant Charged for Raping New Jersey Woman in Front of Her Child

Fairview, NJ – Federal authorities are moving to take custody of 25-year-old Guatemalan immigrant Bylly Xilox Aquino, accused of raping a woman in Fairview with a child present. Aquino is currently held in Bergen County Jail on a detainer filed by ICE, having been charged with sexual assault and two counts of child endangerment.

Aquino was apprehended by Fairview police after a woman reported that he assaulted her in the presence of a child. The victim needed medical attention following the incident. Aquino is scheduled for his first court appearance on May 8 in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, although his appearance is uncertain.
