Impaired 21-Year-Old Driver Collides with Ambulance, Charged

CAMBRIDGE, MD – Late on Tuesday, August 2, a car collided with a Dorchester County Paramedic Unit at Washington St and Leonard’s Lane.

CPD Officers arrived at 11:13 pm to investigate the incident.

The driver, identified as Anaja Lanae Height, 21, of Cambridge, displayed signs of impairment.

She was arrested after failing the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. She was charged with multiple violations, including driving while impaired by drugs and passing a moving emergency vehicle.

No injuries were reported in the collision.
