Intoxicated Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA – The Alexandria Police Department is investigating an incident where an intoxicated pedestrian was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Duke and N. Early Streets. The accident occurred earlier today, prompting an immediate response from local authorities.

The pedestrian, an adult male, reportedly stepped into oncoming traffic and was struck by the vehicle. Fortunately, he did not sustain visible injuries but was transported to the hospital as a precautionary measure. All parties involved in the incident remained at the scene.
