Investigation Underway After Gunshots Heard in Arnold

ARNOLD, MD — The Anne Arundel County Police Department is currently investigating a non-contact shooting incident reported in Arnold in the early hours of March 16. Officers were dispatched to the vicinity of Masters Drive and Eagle Court around 12:50 a.m., following reports of gunfire near College Parkway.

Upon arrival, law enforcement found several spent shell casings along College Parkway, although no injuries or property damage were reported in connection with the incident. Eastern District detectives are leading the investigation into the source of the gunshots and the circumstances surrounding the event.

The police department is reaching out to the community for assistance, urging anyone with information related to the shooting to come forward.
