UPPER MARLBORO, MD – A teacher from James Madison Middle School, 33-year-old Jose Zuniga Orellana of Accokeek, has been recently arrested and charged with the solicitation of a minor.
The allegations involve inappropriate comments and a request for explicit photos from a female student at the school.
The case unfolded on Tuesday when the student reported the inappropriate interactions with Zuniga Orellana to detectives. She stated that Zuniga Orellana had made improper comments to her and asked for explicit photos, a request she did not fulfill.
