TOMS RIVER – Ocean County is sponsoring a winter beach blast event from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Jan. 16 at Center Court in Ocean County Mall.
The event features games, music and dancing, as well as the world’s largest Twister game. Most events are free; there’s a nominal fee for the Simon Mall Kidgits Club activities.
